"Fair and equitable sharing of the country's prosperity". Misleading, is it referring to race or resources among all the federation states. From my understanding Sarawak and Sabah do not agree on the sharing of their resources as quoted according to MA1963 Agreement.

If not talents how??? The answer lies with the system itself. If u have a good system running, it will regulate on its own and grow even without talents. So what is SYSTEM , is a big subject involving lots of stuff. The pillars must be set right, the rules, the bad things must be cleanse, laws, policies must be review. Institutions must be redesigned.
