Further to our Announcement dated 26 November 2018, we would like to update that our solicitor Messrs Esteban Jufri & Co has written to the High Court at Kota Kinabalu vide a letter dated 14 February 2019 to request for further direction in respect to the Court’s decision dated 23 November 2018 on the delivery of 40 land titles by Yapidmas Plantation Sdn Bhd to the Assistant Collector of Land Revenue, District of Tongod, Kinabatangan, Sandakan. Pursuant thereto, a hearing was fixed on 8 March 2019 at the High Court, Kota Kinabalu whereby the parties to the Suit had agreed as to the followings:-

Yapidmas Plantation Sdn Bhd is given six (6) months extension from 8 March 2019 to locate the 40 titles;
Yapidmas Plantation Sdn Bhd shall through their solicitors, managers, officers and/or appointed representatives conduct a meeting with the 2nd and 3rd Defendants to sort out the issue regarding the 40 titles; and
Yapidmas Plantation Sdn Bhd shall on 10 June 2019 update all parties to the Suit of the development in this matter.
The Plaintiff/Appellant had vide a Notice of Appeal dated 20 December 2018 filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against part of the High Court’s decision made on 23 November 2018.



This announcement is dated 15 March 2019.

@fire38211...most technical indicators are in weak positions...maybe that contributes to the current position of the sawit price. The presence of tentera jepun further cause the setback in the movement of sawit. Mambang sawit would continue to defend kebun sawit....
