With all good news poured in disappointed with no huge increase in price and privatization option was not selected for transformation plan . If privatization has taken place LLA would not be an issue/problem. Opined no master Goreng in this stock. Only one is Kwap keep on selling obstructed price to go up. After match opinions only.

JAKARTA (April 16): Indonesia's Rajawali Group on Tuesday denied that its PT Eagle High Plantation Tbk unit was pursuing legal action over Malaysian palm oil plantation agency Felda's plan to walk back on a US$500-million purchase of a stake in the unit.

"Felda and Rajawali, or any subsidiary of Felda or Rajawali, are not or have never been engaged in any court proceeding," Rajawali said in the statement.

A Malaysian official last week said that Eagle High had decided to contest Felda's decision to walk back from its purchase of the stake in arbitration.

the LLA, FGV is required to pay a fixed lease payment of about RM250 million per year for 99 years, commencing from 2012. The RM250 million is paid irrespective of prevailing crude palm oil prices. In 2012 when the LLA was negotiated, average CPO price was RM2,843 per MT. CPO price on 10 April 2019 was RM2,047 per MT.

Additionally, FGV has committed to pay FELDA a 15% share of estate operating profits. For the total sum FGV has paid FELDA after its listing, see table below.

根据现在的土地租赁合约，自2012年起，FGV需要支付每年2.5亿令吉的固定租赁费，为期99年。惟在2012年谈判土地租赁合约时，原棕油价格为每吨2千843令吉，而截至本月10日，原棕油价格已降至每吨2千零47令吉。

此外，FGV也承诺向FELDA支付15%的房地产利润。作为一家上市公司，FGV对土地租赁合约的任何拟议修订，都需要寻求股东的批准。
