Don't play-play with Felda Settlers. 509 BN fell 1st time in 61 years partly we voted PH. However since 2019 started we gave BN chance in Cameron and Rantau bec FGV drop worse than 1.61 from 509.

Felda Properties tak terima tuntutan, AJAB langgar syarat kontrak – FGV

KUALA LUMPUR – Felda Properties Sdn Bhd (Felda Properties) tidak menerima sebarang tuntutan sebanyak RM4 juta seperti yang didakwa oleh syarikat Abu Johan Aboo Backer (AJAB).

Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan FGV Holdings Berhad (FGV), Datuk Haris Fadzilah Hassan berkata, syarikat tersebut merupakan kontraktor kepada Felda Properties yang dilantik untuk menyiapkan baki kerja-kerja Projek Perumahan Warga Felda di Chuping, Perlis yang gagal disiapkan oleh kontraktor utama, Gema Kukuh Sdn. Bhd.

“Namun pihak AJAB didapati telah melanggar syarat-syarat dalam perjanjian kontrak sehingga kontrak syarikat berkenaan ditamatkan oleh Felda Properties pada 9 Julai 2018,” katanya dalam kenyataan.

Felda Properties merupakan anak syarikat FGV.

Kenyataan tersebut dikeluarkan bagi menjelaskan dakwaan AJAB bahawa FGV telah gagal melangsaikan baki bayaran RM4 juta yang tertangguh sejak sembilan bulan lalu selepas kontrak syarikat itu ditamatkan.

Menurut pengarah syarikat AJAB, Abu Johan Aboo Backer, sekiranya gagal mendapatkan bayaran itu, pihaknya tidak menolak untuk membawa perkara tersebut ke mahkamah.

Menurut Haris, sebagai syarikat yang bertanggungjawab, FGV hanya akan memenuhi tuntutan yang sah dan mematuhi syarat-syarat kontrak.

Tambah beliau, Projek Perumahan Warga Felda dimiliki Felda manakala Felda Properties telah dilantik sebagai konsultan untuk menguruskan projek berkenaan.

Katanya, FGV melihat kenyataan media yang dikeluarkan AJAB sebagai dakwaan tidak berasas dan ia memberi kesan
negatif kepada syarikat. – MalaysiaGazette
