Worker is a worker until the employer can afford to pay him. No job is stable unless you work on your own. No one owes you a living. A worker only HELPS the employer to earn. Employer shares a bit of the profit in the form of salary. Employer does not get money from thin air. So stop having ENTITLEMENT behaviour. No job is guaranteed to last forever and no company can survive without profit.

Every idiot knows productivity is key, but how you do it? By employing millions of laidbacks doing nothing and paying them salary and supporting all their needs in the form of BENEFITS. Some GLC even go the extent of having day care centre in work place. All the cost falls on employer and shareholders. They breed like rabbit and expect others to care for them and call it CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILTY. Everything free from healthcare, sports and kenduri on employer. Microsoft also will bungkus in 5 years!

cannot complain, cannot hope government give free handouts, if want to survive, must learn to be more productive. Learn from PUNTER, after graduate wa pigi memandu piling machine, jual keta Mazda, kerja di Lay Hong bela ayam, ambik part time kat Serba Dinamik jadi technician...

Macam ni boleh kaya.. mungkin boleh ambik part time pigi kerja kat kebun sawti jugak, Malaysia ni banyak kebun sawit
