better than KPJ. no dividend payout at the moment as most of funds accumulated from IPO utilised for buying and building VIP private hospitals in different countries.worth holding not for dividend payout but for the potential of the business.

（吉隆坡8日訊）綜合保健（IHH，5225，主板貿服組）宣佈，該公司與大股東，包括美末阿里艾迪拉及相關人士簽署一項豁免限制合約，以讓後者能夠以手持的公司股票，充當抵押以向金融機構取得信貸便利。

該公司文告指出，該公司與大股東－Pulau Memutik Ventures有限公司，MBK保健伙伴有限公司及美末阿里艾迪拉（Mehmet Ali Aydinlar）及後者相關人士等簽署上述豁免限制合約。

根據原本志期2012年7月2日的公司招股書，美末阿里艾迪拉及相關人士在公司股票上市的一年後才可脫售股票。（星洲日報／財經）

The foreign fund buy from RM4 and dispose at the same time,they systematicly buy and dispose until RM4.13 and at the end prapppp they sold at low price...
