As I hv highlighted before, they got 3yrs to do it. The AGM is just an AGM and nothing much. They need to study it properly before confirmed buying. At least now they have short listed 5 and CEO said will sign within a year but remember that they have 3 yrs to do it.

（吉隆坡22日訊）CLIQ能源（CLIQ，5234，主板特別併購）至今接獲38項計劃書且從中挑選出5項符合要求的計劃進入全面估值階段，而區域涵蓋印尼、巴布亞新幾內亞及大馬。

該公司董事經理兼首席執行員茲雅依里阿斯在新聞發佈會上披露，各項計劃的價格都不盡相同，因該公司正物色的資產包括前期開發資產、受鑑定資產以及生產階段資產，收購受鑑定資產所需的成本至少5千萬美元，而生產階段的資產價格則更加昂貴。

儘管市場與小股東們在股東大會中也表現極度關注該公司何時能成功收購首項合格資產，惟茲雅依裡阿斯卻表示該公司無法在短期內達成收購，因估值過程涉及多方單位的核准及認可，且該公司也必須肯定所收購資產是一項對的投資決定，因此不宜操之過急。

“我們必須遵從非常嚴格的估值過程，從受批准查閱目標資產資料、全面技術分析到資金調動，整個過程預計需要1年時間，當然，不同階段的資產所需要的估值時間的不一樣。”

惟他也不忘補充，估值過程所需的1年時間是從與賣家公司簽了諒解備忘錄後開始計算。

在與即將上市並同為油氣領域的特別併購公司SONA石油之間的競爭方面，他表示油氣領域是高度競爭的領域，該公司不僅與本地公司競爭，實際上也正與全球的油氣公司競爭，而該公司也會盡力提昇競爭力來尋找與收購能為投資者增值的資產。（星洲日報／財經）
