（吉隆坡16日訊）家盟吉（GBGAQRS,5226,主板建築組）預料在2014年杪前的建築工程合約訂單將增加至20億令吉，而產業發展業務的發展值則達約值9億令吉，預期這兩大核心業務，將是該公司業務迅速成長的“雙引擎”。
馬銀行研究指出，截至2013年4月30日為止，家盟吉持有12億令吉的建築工程合約，以及持續推行中的產業發展計劃總值8億9千200萬令吉。2013年首季，建築業務占其營業額62%及淨利47%，而產業發展業務則分別佔53%及38%。

（吉隆坡26日讯）家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主板建筑股）宣布通过独资子公司AQRS The Building Company私人有限公司，以3564万4712.40令吉收购位于雪邦，面积达19.03英亩住宅产业土地。
该公司今日向马交所报备，它是向其独资子公司Prestige Filed发展私人有限公司和Gemas Idaman私人有限公司董事陈万杰（译音）和其父亲陈正德（译音）购买上述土地。
根据资料，该土地被名为“Air Hitam Lake”湖泊包围，毗邻一项著名的面湖发展计划，家盟吉计划在该土地上打造1142个住宅单位，包括别墅和公寓，发展总值分别是4亿5000万令吉和1亿5000万令吉。
该计划料在完成土地买卖和获得政府批准后动工，于2013年12月31日后，才开始对该公司做出财务贡献，整个发展计划料耗时5年完成。
家盟吉将通过内部融资、之前进行的公开发售、银行贷款及发展计划销售带来的现金等，为这项购地计划融资。

目標價：1.72令吉

家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主要板建築）積極增購土地，突顯公司強化房地產業務的決心，同時有助強化未來盈利，業務前景可期。

　該公司獨資公司AQRS The Building Company週四（26日）出價3560萬令吉，收購雪州龍溪（Dengkil）19英畝的住宅空地。

　家盟吉雖還未敲定這項土地收購的融資方案，但截至2013財年次季，該公司共握有7760萬令吉現金，總債務則為8560萬令吉。凈負債率（net gearing）3.3倍。

　據我們計算，以上述土地的位置來看，每平方尺43令吉的收購價屬合理，此次收購案符合家盟吉積極擴張房產決心。

　“截至6月底，家盟吉發展中計劃發展總值約達11億令吉，收購土地可助強化未來盈利，這次再收購19英畝土地，可確保未來盈利成長。”

　現階段還未取得雪邦市議會批准，我們續維持該公司2013財年至2015財年盈利預估不變，並且維持目標價在1.72令吉。

　本月28日（週五）閉市時，家盟吉平盤收在1.25令吉，成交量16萬9100股。
