If mother share goes down to 1.20, the warrant fair value is about 30 cents, as now the warrant is heavily under-priced due to the selling pressure by the directors and all the defeated DAY TRADERS !!!!

if mother go 1.20, warrant actual value is -10!!! so i think will hanging @9 sen like APFT (APFT warrant actual value is -9.5)

if even mother share come down to 1.10, the warrant will still rebound to about 26 cents eventually, these 2 days downward were mainly due to the selling pressure by the directors and all the defeated DAY TRADERS !!!!

When Eastland boss selling his shares, and you guys said good buy,nextday re bounce,When luster sell from 25 to 10 sen you guys said good buy, when csl sell from 90 sen to 28 sen you guys said good buy, APFT boss sold all his warrant and you fool still dare to said good buy !!

warrant have a time frame to exercise at certain price, for long term player, they bought the wa hoping that the mother will grow in future so they will gain some spread from wa but some for speculation

最近大马股市出现了一种凭单初上市前，母股被大炒上去，然后凭单上市后，母子均从上市开始交易后暴跌的情况。
随之前APFT-WA上市首天凭单价被大股东狂抛下去后，上周上市的家盟吉凭单（GBGAQRS-WA）更是在交易两天在非常高的成交量下暴跌。
从上周四48仙开市价，这凭单在两天内跌了6成，并在上周五以19.5仙闭市。
家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主板建筑股）在7月初开始被推高，并在上周四上到1.69令吉的最高价后显著回调到周五闭市的1.51令吉。
APFT和家盟吉，都是近期派出免费凭单后母股在凭单初上市前显著上扬的股项。它们凭单的共同点，都是在上市首天被大量抛售。
APFT-WA首日的交易量，更是其发行数量的两倍以上。
家盟吉-WA首两天的成交量，也接近凭单总发行量。
由于交易量惊人，相信公司大股东应该在凭单上市后就参与抛售活动。
有望止跌回扬
家盟吉德主要业务是建筑业。该公司在2013年首季获得756万令吉的净盈利，比2012年同期的564万令吉增长了34%。
根据证券行研究报告，家盟吉目前外接的建筑工程订单约有5亿令吉，包括了价值2.655亿令吉的捷运配套V1工程（双溪毛糯-哥打白沙罗捷运站），以及森美兰州晏斗路至双溪加禄的道路提升工程。
家盟吉-WA的估价在经过两天的血洗后，已经下降到折价水平。其杠杠比率高达7.7倍。
虽然家盟吉母股或许还有下跌空间，家盟吉-WA预料在未来几天短期交易中招的投机者被挤出场后有望止跌回扬。
持有家盟吉母股的朋友，应该把手中股票脱售转持凭单。

Is it true that if mother price lower than exercise price of warrant then the warrant will not worth a penny? Eg. Warrant exercise price rm1.30 if mother share's price is RM 1.10 then this warrant will worth nothing. Am i right?
