@wistlebower99. The RI completed on 30 September 2021. The 3QR 2022 was prepared for the quarter ended on 31 Disember 2021. Therefore the right issue raised should be included in the NTA calculated as per 3QR 2022 report. Bare in mind that the NTA of 0.057 sen (as equivalent to RM0.57 if the NOSH reduced because of the consolidation). Its more reduced because of the big losses incured in 3QR 2022. Without the big losses, the NTA should be around RM0.70 +.........

Therefore the reported NTA per share of RM0.057 as reported in the 3QR 2022 report can be seen today (after consolidation) as equivalent to RM0.57.
