don't over judge this stock. Bad news is bad news, downtrend is downtrend, This is the fact....the opportunity is buy at bad news and downtrend, but the timing is after the bad news and downtrend stable/clear....not buy immediately when price drop 10% yesterday.... look at it trend, another 10% is coming...

Problem is who want to sell cheap(buy high sell low?)? Now Icon is trading at near lowest ever price(61sen) at a time oil price has rebounded from year lowest.
