Pilling is a specialty civil works, only a few are qualified. Normally a mega project will award the job to different contractors as risks control factor. Pilling work also the first to start at beginning stage. Just a 2 cents idea...comments are welcomed.

政府加快发展大型项目 建筑建材股迎风而上

大华继显研究分析员探悉，政府有意加速大型基建项目的发展，尤其是东海岸铁路和泛婆罗大道，因此看好特定的中型建筑股、打桩业者和洋灰商可受惠。

分析员在报告中指出，据了解，政府有意加快发展泛婆罗大道和东海岸铁路。

“政府在2020年财政预算案已宣布，拨出52亿令吉的大笔发展开销给沙巴，其中有30亿令吉将会用在泛婆罗大道的沙巴工程。工程料在明年首季开始。”

至于东铁，据称统筹承包商中国交通建设，已经邀请一些专才建筑商（如打桩业者）为B阶段的工程配套报价。

分析员预计，更多合约会在末季释出，而家盟吉（GBGAQRS，5226，主板建筑股）很可能会是赢家。

该公司已经竞标了价值近20亿令吉的关丹东铁工程。

另外，分析员也认为有关大马城计划的进展即将公布，因为马中联营财团IWH-CREC私人有限公司正在与政府敲定最终协议。

虽然有不少利好消息，但大华继显研究维持建筑领域的“跟随大市”评级，同时看好特定的中型建筑股。

“去年大选后，政府摒弃了项目交付伙伴的基建发展模式，我们认为，承建商将会以更低赚幅的价码竞标合约。因此，营运效率高的中型建筑商将会占上风，而由土著控制的公司将尤其得益。”

家盟吉马资源领跑

分析员点出，家盟吉和马资源（MRCB，1651，主板产业股）有望成为东铁和泛婆罗大道项目的大赢家。

另外，也看好专业打桩的亿钢控股（ECONBHD，5253，主板建筑股）。

“我们认为，家盟吉的股价尚未反映潜在获颁合约的利好，因为该股目前的估值廉宜，仅等于2020年本益比的8.3倍。”

大华继显估计，家盟吉有望在今年底前拿下10亿令吉合约，明年还会再攻克12亿令吉合约，并且看好公司的营运效率，足以捍卫目前的赚幅。

洋灰需求走高

谦工业转盈在望

建材股方面，大华继显看好洋灰业者，可受益于蓬勃的建筑活动。

分析员预计，洋灰今年下半年的平均售价为每吨215令吉，明年上半年可上涨14%去到每吨245令吉。

“我们认为谦工业（HUMEIND，5000，主板工业股） 有望在下财年录得小赚。由于洋灰平均售价每吨仅230令吉，该公司已经连续两年蒙亏。”

假设洋灰平均售价比预期再涨多5%，分析员还会将谦工业的目标价，由1.45令吉，调高至1.80令吉。

另一潜在受益的洋灰业者，则是前身为拉法基马的马来亚洋灰（MCEMENT，3794，主板工业股）。该公司被杨忠礼机构（YTL，4677，主板公用事业股）收购后有望转亏为盈。
