吉隆坡23日讯）Maju Holdings私人有限公司旗下的产业发展商ASM Development (KL)私人有限公司（ASMDKL）反诉亿钢控股（Econpile Holdings Bhd）子公司Econpile私人有限公司，索偿近3亿4600万令吉，因该公司未能完成Maju Kuala Lumpur项目的工程。

该发展商今日发布文告指出，在Econpile未能完成价值2亿8000万令吉的打桩工程，并于今年3月宣布自决，因而提出了反诉。

代表律师Edwin Lim & Suren律师事务所于11月28日入禀吉隆坡高庭提起反诉。

由于Econpile无法完成该项目，ASMDKL列出了13项损害赔偿和费用索赔。

ASMDKL的反诉包括索偿3380万令吉的整改费用，因Econpile拖延完成工程和所承接工程存在缺陷，导致该产业发展商接管了Econpile留下的工程。

ASMDKL表示，该公司还进行整改工程，建设Maju Kuala Lumpur项目的7栋豪华公寓。因此，无法按照买卖协议的规定，将空置的1403个单位移交给买家，总索赔额高达9800万令吉。

索偿还包括Econpile自3月1日起停工而产生的营运成本。

ASMDKL声称，在项目建筑师于去年4月7日向Econpile发出未完工证书后，该公司被迫聘用新的承包商来完成工程。

此外，ASMDKL还根据2017年8月25日的大宗购买协议，向Econpile董事和股东所拥有的Platinum Rhythm私人有限公司，追讨110个单位，价值近6700万令吉的款项。

之前有报道称，Econpile已采取法律行动，要求ASMDKL支付6700万令吉，作为该项目的进度付款。

“但是，ASMDKL对Econpile的行为提出质疑，因为该承包商宣布了雇佣的自决权，因此ASMDKL没有终止或对该公司采取任何行动。”

回溯今年3月，Econpile曾要求ASMDKL为Maju Kuala Lumpur提供8010万令吉，该项目据称已完成80%的工程。
