read the quarter report

the loss is due to costs rationalisation of infrastructure project

this hinted should be some cost cutting from PH government

useless and stupid government cut cost and force contractor to accept

this is operating issue and affect ECONPILE fundamental

going forward as long as PH still in power, listed company will collapse one by one GAMUDA, TM....one by one

ECONPILE business is consist of piling works for :

property sector : bad sentiment of property, developer construct lesser property or build more cheap price property and reduce high end property so this will cut margin of ECONBHD

infrastructure sector: this all depend on PH government and as long as they still in power will expect have many roti canai policy / flip flop policy , talking with no brain , blame non stop and no action ..

so ECONBHD prospect look bleak

Guys, don't be too worry. In this Q, Econpile recognised impairments on receivables, project over-run cost, and idling and delay costs. These costs do not re-occur in subsequent quarters. Econpile recognised all those costs together in one quarter.
I believe Econpile will back to profitability in subsequent quarters.
Anyway, be ready for sell-down tomorrow bcos market does not like to see losses.
