i start trading TEKSENG-WA since 12th FEB 2015, and i losing a huge amount of capital,
and i already send Complaint Letter to BURSA topic is Section 176 of CMSA (STOCK MARKET MANIPULATION) and Section 188 of CMSA (INSIDER TRADING)

The continued discount meaning they want us to convert warrant and bring some cash to Tek Seng. Major shareholders still holding on mother share and only dispose warrant(don't want to come out a lot money to convert). Analysts seem very positive on Tek Seng renewable energy business so we should buy more when cheap?

it seem looks more attractive to buy warrant due to some discount (24.0 cts plus conversion price 25.0 cts= total 49.0 cts) compare to their mother share of 51.5 cts
