綠盛世（ECOWLD，8206，主要板房產）的公司憑單在3月31日開始在馬股市交易。

　由于該憑單屬于價外憑單，馬股市價錢限制交易導致該憑單綠盛世-WA（ECOWLD-WA）在開始交易前兩天都處于漲停牌狀況。即使在第3天正常交易后，該憑單的波幅仍然超大。

　綠盛世-WA在3月31日以30.5仙漲停姿勢初登場，並在交易次日再漲到60.5仙的限額。到了4月2日不再漲停后，綠盛世-WA在當天的波幅介于62仙至85仙。

　該公司母股價在這幾天是沒什么波動，這只不過是一項新憑單在交易初期的波動。

　由于綠盛世可算是一家超大型的房產發展公司，而且大股東的背景更是強大，股項被許多投資者長期看好。

　儘管如此，該公司畢竟經歷了一項很大的企業計劃，未來盈利目前還未體現出來，所以目前投資者買憑單還是帶有投機的性質。

　綠盛世剛剛完成了一項資產注入以及附加股發售計劃。該附加股計劃以每2股供1股比例、以1.20令吉價錢供股東認購。每認購5股者可獲得4單位免費憑單。

　綠盛世通過這個融資計劃籌得7億8800萬令吉。

　綠盛世在2015年1月結束的新財政年首季獲得1億5800萬令吉的營業額以及310萬令吉的淨利，房產銷售達4億4000萬令吉。該公司也預計在2015和2016財政年所設下的70億令吉房產銷售額，能夠順利達到。

　綠盛世-WA目前的溢價超過50%。該憑單的吸引力主要是因為它的槓槓比率還算高。對一家會支付股息的准藍籌公司來說，憑單投資者對其股價大幅度上漲的期望真的很高。還好該憑單的期限是7年。憑單交易者至少在未來幾年還不需面對時間值耗損的傷害。http://www.chinapress.com.my/node/612377
