Following the Movement Control Order (“MCO”) period from 18 March 2020 to 12 May 2020 as announced by the Government to contain the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak in Malaysia, Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) had on 16 April 2020 granted an extension of time until 30 June 2020 for listed corporations to issue their quarterly reports, annual reports that include annual audited financial statements and the auditors' and directors' reports (“Annual Report”) and Statement to Shareholders (“Statement”), which are due by 30 April 2020 and 31 May 2020.



In consideration of the challenges facing by the Company and its subsidiaries during the current situation, the Board of Directors of Bioalpha wishes to inform that Bioalpha will utilise the extension of time granted by Bursa Securities for issuance of its Annual Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2019, Statement and the quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 March 2020, on or before 30 June 2020, provided that the MCO period is not extended further by the Government.

Biohldg has 1303 acres of land to plant herb, crop, manufacture of herbs & they operate 15 pharmacy outlets in Klang valley, mainly in Kl & Selangor), during MOC, bigger volume sale in pharmacy.
I believe Biohldg shares lot of rooms to go forward.

I will urge the management if they want to play the Covid 19 theme then it is better to be fast. Gloves stocks prices sliding and facemask price also took a dip. Covid 19 theme might has less impact later and we are heading towards July when political drama will start.

Useless bunch of directors. Issue ESOS cheaply to themselves than throw like mad. At future AGM, we must be active and vote against ESOS or other benefits that directors can misuse for their financial gains.
