apparently the esos 0.105 for the bosses, 0.205 for kuli. the employees mostly will cash out when come to exercise date. hopeless lar, means market has to absorb this extra 6.6m shares, it will push down the price greatly

i think most companies offer esos, they only can sell it at least a year after acquired. purpose esos should try to motivate & keep the employees..

Company want to hold more shares thru Esos (employee schemes) so that the shares are not getting bought largely by outsiders. Nowadays, any rich man with lots of cash can owned a company without meddling into the company by becoming substantial shareholders.

Bio have chain pharmacy under name Constant. Don't argue with me. I have read their financial report.

They have drugs, but they are now having contract from China for supplements. That is their first step.

I'm indicating the C19 condition, once everybody receiving the vaccines, China have to open up for everybody to fly. Majority need to boost up their health and immune system thru supplements and etc.
