From the OR, how to subscribe mother? Wonder if the process is troublesome, can it be done 100% online? I had one experience of subscription (ie. VSolar-OR) through my agent at Public Bank,so basically I did nothing except just bank in the payment. Now, I just started trading at MPlus, no experience with subscription of mother from OR. Would appreciate some advice :)

(i)settlement to outstanding creditors and share swap( to AsiaP) for Unc Don are pegged at 7.6 sen (ii) RI is priced at 6 sen (iii) Proceeds of RI are meant to part pay Unc Don and for oil palm (iv) shares reduction to clean up Balance Sheet..
Almost a shell company it seems now ,Would AsiaP introduce new exciting business ??? Nothing in FA nor TA indicate anything yet
