frank reminder. sale your eg. it will keep droping. last few day. syndicate try to lift up the price. but cannot control the trend. eg price downtrend now. RI really worst. from history. Its rare to see stock go Up after RI. at least 1 year downtrend after RI.. most of the time stock price will slash down 60~70% after RI announcement....

collect or now.. after RI price will go down. if mothershare not even RM1. warrant for sure cannot get higher . rm0.50 is already top peak for this warrant. the value price for eg-wb should be 30sen as the mother share is just 90sen... after RI this april .. price will be more worst... sale your eg.

Can I ask one question? if we buy eg-wc now, after RI, the mother price will be adjusted due to diluted share number, WC price will be adjusted accordingly, and we get nothing from warrant because RI is for mother share only, is it correct?

EG is offering convertible preference shares with 2% interest for 5 years to shareholders. Bonus shares will only be given to those shareholders taking up the preference shares meaning EG-WC holders have to convert their shares to EG share in order to subscribe for preference shares with bonus issue 1 for one. This is a very smart corporate exercise and all the present shareholders will have no reason to complain about because the company is going to show a better profit from the paying less loan and bank interest.

After cross checking from Sifu;
Below is the likely calculation before & after the Rcps exercise :

Mother share
Every 4 shares pay 0.95 cents for 1 convertible preference share & 1 free bonus issue
4 x0.88 + 0.95 = 4.47 divided by 6 shares = RM0.745 (ex-right price after everything done)

Warrant
Every 5 warrant will entitle 1 free warrant
5x0.52 = 2.60 divided by 6 warrant = 0.433

New exercise price = 5 x RM0.50 divided by 6 = RM0.416

Total conversion price = 0.433+0.416 (exercise price) = 0.85

Before exercise, 
0.52 + 0.50 = 1.02 / 0.88 = 15.9% premium

After exercise
0.433+0.416 = 0.85 / 0.745 = 14.1% premium


Observations from recent weak WTI, should I suggest that the smart money would look into Electronic Sector more aggressively ?

EG (mother) has an implied price of $1.67 by cube capital, after the qtrly Dec2016 result.

There is no one gain or exceptional item... results are excellent as predicted .
Believing, with the continuing achieving economy of scale in production and porfolio produts from quality worlwide clienteles , Gross margin shall improved.

The market is too big... Dyson portfolio products itself has already too big to swallow.
With Eg geographically manufacturing in Asia pacific, it stand a strong foot to bid some global electronic vintracts.
Efficiency of time to deliver finished products to the client is the key factor .
