pecca have a lot of old leather in stock, which they cannot get rid of and with rising USD , they cannot have power of purchase anymore . They are now forced to use this old leather which cannot be sold out on this planes and bus seats. all their current deal with auto were based on an old ceiling rate, which means all their production profit may not be as high anymore. their other projects were rejected due to poor design as there are a few of their supplier who wanted to join the tendering process.
