Which industry in this pandemic would give u superb revenue and profitability...? As we know currently most industries in the WORLD are facing revenue and cash flow issues except ....
Which industries at the moment are money spinner and generate excess cash for further expansion...???
Bursa should come down hard on those who mis-informed the public and held them responsible for their professional ethics and liabilities... to make them responsible for their action ...

On behalf of the Board of Directors of LKL International, MIDF Investment is pleased to announce that Bursa Securities has, via its letter dated 22 September 2020, resolved to approve the following:

(i) Listing and quotation of up to 85,760,000 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Private Placement; and

(ii) Listing of such number of new ordinary shares, representing up to 15% of the total number of issued shares of LKL International (excluding treasury shares) to be issued pursuant to Proposed ESOS.

The approval granted by Bursa Securities for the Proposals are subject to, among others, the following conditions:

(i) LKL International and MIDF Investment must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the ACE Market Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”) pertaining to the implementation of the Proposals;

(ii) LKL International and MIDF Investment to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposed Private Placement;

(iii) LKL International to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposed Private Placement is completed;

(iv) LKL International to furnish Bursa Securities on a quarterly basis a summary of the total number of shares listed pursuant to the Proposed ESOS, as at the end of each quarter together with a detailed computation of listing fees payable;

(v) MIDF Investment is required to submit a confirmation to Bursa Securities of full compliance of the Proposed ESOS pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the Listing Requirements and stating the effective date of implementation together with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders in general meeting; and

(vi) A certified true copy of the resolution passed by shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting for the Proposals.
