LKL International develops and sells epidemic tracking products

(Kuala Lumpur, 9th) LKL International (LKL, 0182, GEM Healthcare) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary LKL Advance Metaltech Sdn Bhd and Singapore iWOW Technology Sdn Bhd have signed a memorandum of understanding to jointly develop and sell COVID-19 contacts Electronic tracker.
According to the LKL International filing documents, the tracking products manufactured by iWOW track contacts of the epidemic through highly secure Bluetooth devices.
Under the agreement, iWOW will grant LKL International the right to distribute the product, and the latter will be responsible for commercializing, selling, marketing and distributing the product in the Malaysian market.
LKL International pointed out that the two parties can reach a final agreement within 24 months from the date of signing the agreement, and the agreement will be implemented in accordance with Singapore law.
The company is optimistic that this signing will not only expand the product range and customer base in Malaysia, but also bring greater advantages to the existing business, and is expected to actively contribute to the company's future earnings.
