（吉隆坡26日讯）霹雳运通（PTRANS,0186,创业板贸服组）积极开发霹雳车站业务，金宝终站盈利更可望在2019财政年强势增长45%，整体业务展望获得分析员唱好。

金宝终站盈利后年可增45%

乐天研究表示，霹雳运通经营的怡保阿曼再也终站（Terminal Amanjaya）是霹雳综合公共交通终站，也是怡保唯一已在宪报公布的快速巴士终站。

阿曼再也终站从2012年起运作，2013至2016财政年累积盈利成长达39.8%，截至2016年12月购买车票的乘客更高达84万2907人。

目前，该公司计划扩建怡保阿曼再也终站，发展零售等其他业务。

霹雳运通的下一个成长催化剂将来自耗资1亿2800万令吉的金宝终站。

这座终站预料在2018年第四季投入运作，潜在客户包括拉曼大学（UTAR）与拉曼大学学院（KTAR）的3万名学生、西湖国际学校（Westlake）学生和生活水平日益提高的当地居民。

此外，金宝终站可在未来5年以70%收入抵销高达60%的资本开销。

分析员指出，已签署买卖协议的美罗和端洛，则将成为该公司下一个成长引擎。

财务强稳

霹雳运通的财务强稳，负债比为0.6倍。该公司经营交通终站的资本开销沉重，最近宣布的红股和5亿7147万张凭单计划，预料可筹获1亿3000万令吉资金。

分析员认为，霹雳运通的最大优势是近乎垄断的商业模式，也享有高达20%的净赚幅。

乐天研究给予霹雳运通“买进”评级，目标价为41仙，预测企业价值倍数为14.2倍，接近同业的16.9倍本益比（2018财政年）和11.5倍本益比（2019财政年）。

We refer to the announcements dated 5 June 2017, 14 July 2017, 27 July 2017 and 24 August 2017 in relation to the Proposals (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.

On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to announce that Perak Transit had on today executed a deed poll constituting the Warrants.

In addition, the Company has fixed the exercise price of Warrants at RM0.235 per Warrant (“Exercise Price”). This Exercise Price represents a discount of approximately 22.42% to the theoretical ex-bonus price after the Proposals of RM0.3029, based on the 5D-VWAP of Perak Transit Shares up to and including 28 August 2017, being the last trading day of Perak Transit Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date, of RM0.3332 per Perak Transit Shares.

The Exercise Price was determined and fixed by the Board after taking into consideration the following:

(i) the historical trading prices of the Perak Transit Shares;

(ii) the theoretical ex-bonus price of Perak Transit Shares of RM0.3029 based on the 5D-VWAP of Perak Transit Shares up to and including 28 August 2017 of RM0.3332;

(iii) the Warrants will be issued at no cost to the Entitled Shareholders;

(iv) the Warrants being exercisable at any time within a 3 year period from the date of issue of the Warrants; and

(v) the future prospects of Perak Transit Group.

warrant probably will be listed on ex bonus price if i'm not mistaken. means at 0.325 -0.235 = 0.09. how ever i predict this evening vol will come to push it toward .35 hopefully.

Still hoping this counter can break 0.35 as a support
