i try my best explain.

example: An investor bought at lower price, less than 22cen. when reached 26.5cen. he gain 4.5cent.

profit taking that 4.5cen, lead to market price fall bit. since those investors knowing tht listing to mainboard can get more profit, why not they recollect back at lower price by selling off their current holding stock? (which is already earnt)

market price fall to lower, means they can colle g lower and sell it when it raise.

My opinion is little bit different. Some institute only able invest on main board share. Institute normally not short term investor, they normally mid or long term , if your company perform well or able to hit their expectation, they won't simply throw your share.

Ptrans decide to transfer to main board, the main purpose is attract more long term institute hold their share. Then share price only able to grow stablely. That why I believe operator push down the price before listing so the share Looks more attractive to institute, So they will collect more.

May be I'm think too.much, but I'm collecting

They able to buy , but not confirm tomorrow buy. Even they buy , ptrans need perform well in their qr. I'm personally think ptrans result and business model, stability quite good.. coz most revenue on stable rental collection. I think quite attractive to institute.
