SC and Bursa can do nothing to SD other than suspending share trading activities. SIR is not a forensics audit looking for evidence for charging people in the court. You can't say the management did something wrong illegal without the evidence from the independent forensic audit. It's merely an independent audit. Not really a big deal.

No legal investigations is carried out in SD.

Outrageous response from the BOD. Unless the documents are aligned with the BOD expectations then they are not "Factual Findings Update". I sure like to hear what PearlWhite and Mabel think of such a response.

sSerba Dinamik Holdings Berhad said the stock exchange operator has approved its request to delay the issuance of its annual report and annual audited financial statement by a month until Nov 30. The annual report and the annual financial statement were supposed to be submitted by end of this month. Separately, the oil and gas service company also said that Ernst & Young Consulting Sdn Bhd was still in the midst of performing the special independent review on audit issues raised in May by its former external auditors. On Friday, Bursa Malaysia has directed Serba Dinamik to announce the findings from the "Factual Findings Update on the Special Independent Review" by Oct 26. Trading of securities in Serba Dinamik have been suspended since Friday. Beside the SIR, we learned that Serba had won 8 contracts worth more the 268 mils and that Bursa had over reacted !!
It is certainly a blessing in disguise as the suspension stopped the panic sell off from the warrant and now, people are optimistic because of the new contracts won !!
