Bursa and SC don't have any details SIR from EY yet...the SIR is solely provided to SD's independent directors. Status Update is done by SD in announcing to the public according to the listing requirements. Bursa and SC know nuts. Hahaha

I remember last time the transmile counter war , the price from RM 15 drop to RM 8 , my friend buy at RM 8- RM 9, than price rebound to RM 11- RM 12, i ask my friend sold all, got profit must run this counter are in dangerous anytime will fall down, he told my no need to scare the big share holder will help this company, wont delisted one, i say if break the listing rule, no one can help, finaly the price drop from RM 12 , RM 10, RM 8 , RM 6 , RM 4 , RM 2 , RM 1 , RM 0.50 delisted.....he lose 100%
