盈利有望再创纪录

马银行研究也认为，该公司盈利有望再创纪录，主要是来自成熟项目与拥有27%股权的绿盛世国际（EWINT,5283,主板产业组）都将带来强劲的营收和盈利贡献。

对合并不置评

马银行研究与绿盛世管理层会面询及市场关注与UEM阳光（UEMS,5148,主板产业组）合并的可能性，惟该公司管理层不愿意对有关报道置评。

该行认为，如果合并得以实现，可以缓解该公司资产负债表伸缩性的担忧。

绿盛世旗下绿盛世国际在澳洲的Yarra One和West Village项目将在2020财政年第二和第四季移交，而沃迪安和大使馆花园（Ambassy Garden，EG）的A05和大部份的伦敦城市岛预计将在2020财年第一和第三季之间入账。这些项目的购买率都超过75%（除了EG的A05的50%）。

绿盛世将推介名为#InstaYours的新房屋所有权计划，主要瞄准首购族或有意购买第二间房子的民众。

马银行维持绿盛世的财测不变。“绿盛世可说是渐入佳境，给予‘买进’评级，目标价为90仙。”
