I think so, they will get balance 40% paid from the completed Pavilion Bukit Jalil & 60% paid in the middle of the construction term of Pavilion Damansara Heights by mid-2022.

Nvmlah, it's your freedom to command what u believe in. KAB is one of my long-term investments, so I started to average down from last Sep, till now my avg price was finally lower than today highest price. But I will keep and wait, I believe 2022 is a year of recovery for the construction sector.
