Today saw the news,Danajamin backed KAB…seems like this counter gonna hav smtg happen…No doubt current PE is very high but if we look at different points maybe this counter is interesting..
MCO causing company core business or profit drop…Now business activities slowly resume,maybe the profit can recover too..Not to forget company is aggressively looking for lucrative assets or value buy assets..If the company able to generate stable recurring income let say 20-25m per annum,what is the potential pricing?

I noticed many is talking bout ESG now…which is environmental friendly or so call less pollution…Surprisngly KAB awarded 3 stars in ESG…:meaning company in transformation and going all out in RE industry…Hope to see more corporate activities in KAB future..myself would acquire the shares while it is stil low…Let me recall the price now is bottom not peak..so I think is less risky..cheers

Kejuruteraan Asastera Bhd (KAB)* announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, KAB Energy Power Sdn Bhd, made its first issuance of sukuk murabahah worth RM19.95 million on Monday (Jan 31) pursuant to its multi-currency sukuk programme of up to RM500 million in nominal value. The group said the Series 1 of Tranche 1 sukuk is secured against various assets of KAB, KAB Energy and its identified subsidiaries.

Today met up my ex insurance company colleague.What a surprise one of the biggest insurance company in Malaysia acquired KAB…
Reason because shariah compliance,ESG fulfill and committees are optimistic wit company future prospects.He told me that many local funds now hav ESG fulfilling quota..Meaning they r very concern ESG rating on the company that invested..
Beside,he is confident that KAB would benefit from the recurring income for coming 10-20 years..Moreover with strong support frm Danajamin and Public Bank underwrite the bond.Obviously both giants are very confident wit KAB..
This increase my confident level and acquired more at 405…Hope this gem can allow me to make 5x return…hahahaha
