can some one explain on current warrant mahsing-c13 convert to mahsing share is it not worth , warrant are burning?

This is not company warrant, this is investment structural call warrant. This call warrant cannot convert to mother share, only cash settlement. This warrant will burn upon expire when its exercise price is higher than mother share price. Please do your research before invested or speculated.
