@legendaryfeeder, Why are you asking people to run? You want to sell, you sell lah. Don't have to influence other people. Quietly sell and go off or leave this forum. There are still people holding this stock, mind you!
@Yuenkl Got people ask whether to run or not so I just simply answer them run. Got any issue with that? Why you suddenly got butthurt with that? Buy too high? Lol
The exercise price is 0.2 with Ratio 1:1. So if add to the wa price, it is 0.55, which is 'in the money' vs mother 0.585 by 0.03. Therefore, wa should at least priced at 0.385 (if not more).
If you are looking at mother and -wa share, it may now worthwhile to grab the warrant simply because the cost is 3sen less should you acquire for conversion @20sen. Also, if you are limited by bullets, you can get about 15 lots of warrants for price of 10 lots of mother share. Now, if both rises equivalently at the same unit, ie 10sen or RM10, getting warrants makes you more profit by 50%. plus or minus 5-10%
Some warrants are traded more expensive that the mother share because of the surge of confidence in where the mother share will be heading. I am also puzzled I do not see the phenomena here in HLT since the charts show both mother and son having similar trendlines. My guess is many do not realise that the warrants are even more attractive from this point on until it matches 1:1 price. Buying at 3% discount means your service fee is "accounted for" in the trade.
This week different only 0.19 between mothershare and son. Last friday the son more cautious to follow the mother due to the price retrenchment, and they are facing roadblock at 0.36-0.365 in the afternoon session. I believe Monday sure gap up at 0.390 to match her mother.
I have been quietly loading up on the warrant because it is undervalued. I also noticed the strong roadblock preventing it from following the mother price
Like i said, watch the warrants. Today, unpredictably it mother share gapped up to almost 72sen.. and warrants going on cheap. Underpriced by almost 30sen
