（吉隆坡3日讯）QES集团（QES，0196，创业板）旗下的QES制造和美国应用工程公司（Applied Engineering）签署谅解备忘录（MOU），探讨在槟城设立一家联营公司，以提供高科技电机（electromechanical）产品方面的合约制生产服务。

上述MOU的有效期为6个月。应用工程公司将提供所需的生产技术和科技，而QES制造将通过其东盟及中国的商业网络，为相关联营公司拓展半导体、医疗设备与大规模储存方面的市场。

应用工程公司是一家为半岛体、生命科学、国防、宇航及新兴科技领域提供从原型到量产过程的机电合约制造服务的公司。

The Board of Directors of QES wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, QES Manufacturing Sdn Bhd had on 3 May 2021 entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Electrical Interface Company, dba Applied Engineering Inc,. for a business collaboration through a proposed joint venture company in the state of Penang, Malaysia to provide high-tech electromechanical contract manufacturing services, from prototype to high volume production through its New Product Introduction (NPI) process and advance custom solution that is tailored to meet the specific needs of its clients in semiconductor equipment manufacturing, life science & medical devices, defence and aerospace market segments.

Many naysayers dont have the holding power or eant fast return that the reason they keep critic and laugh good stock. So people who dont do research and study about company will sell and naysayers collect cheaper price and trade again. But for long term investors we dont mind to hold 5 years or more as we want get the biggest return in our investment when the business keep growing. 1000%-2000% return higher than 10-30% short term trade obviously :D
