drken91 - its just a common understanding of how it works; warrant near expiration, mother share drop in price or stagnant. warrant expires, mother share price moving up. Why ah? I dont know the real technical reason why there is such common understanding but I think maybe its something like this from supply and demand perspective - someone buy warrant and short sell mother shares, then, exercise the warrants to cover the short sell.

where the price movement after son expire? someone say before price dont go up so fast because want to wait for bonus to buy more. now january 2023 already. bonus got already. must have buy more already. why price still low? want to wait for 5 more years is it? then get more bonus from boss and top up shares. and cycle repeat until this counter (hopefully not) delist. very suey to hold this share for many years

IPO - its probably overpriced? there were changes in its geo segment since IPO. Vietnam geo segment dropped after IPO if I am not mistaken; leading to the drop in revenue. however, the products offering increases over the years. Its a matter of market adoption for their products.
