next week after announcement chances are the counter will rise, however due to market is flooded with retailers and retailers react way to fast to sentiments as such it waits to be seen how the counter will react even after announcement. Seasoned players will be able to hold in order to get the free warrant for maximum return though.

Taking VS 's recent bonus issue warrant exercise as an example... the approval through voting at their AGM was on 28/4.... but the bonus issue was completed only in June....i got the free warrants too... so may have wait here about 2 months also.... announcement could be expected soon.
