I want to make a hat-trick of more>100% increase between IPO purchase and selling on first day. I managed to do that with Optimax (136%) and Samaiden (108%). Hopefully, I can end this year with the same in Econframe.

Developers will still have to build no matter what. If they do not build, they cannot get loan from the bank and will be unable to roll their cash flow. After building the units, unsold they send the doors back? lol
