IC 设计公司 Oppstar Berhad（OPPSTAR、0275）在数天前公布了他们的 IPO “成绩”，而该公司的超额认购倍数也非常的大，达到了 77.05 倍；那虽然有很多读者跟版主 “投诉” 他们没有获得这次的 IPO，但是我们仍然是可以留意看看该公司的业绩表现。

由于公司在季报中并无可比较的数据，我们只能参考招股书内过去的业绩。

*OPPSTAR 的财政年是在 3 月 31 日结算，而 FPE 则是代表 6 个月的数据。

在 2022 财政年内，OPPSTAR 的营业额为 RM 50.6 Million，税前盈利（“PBT”）则是 RM 23.1 Million；如我们将该业绩除于 4 个季度的话，OPPSTAR 平均每个季度的营业额为 RM 12.6 Million，PBT 则是 RM 5.8 Million 左右。

以 FPE 2023 的 RM 28.8 Million 的营业额和 RM 13.8 Million PBT 来计算的话，公司在 FPE 2023 平均每个季度的营业额和 PBT 则分别为 RM 14.4 Million 和 RM 6.9 Million。

在该季中，OPPSTAR 约有 78.63% 的营业额来自于其 Turnkey IC 设计业务（还没有看过 OPPSTAR 业务详细解说的可以看看这里），其中大部分的订单都是来自于中国和马来西亚；目前公司在该季的季报中也有提到，他们也获得了 “特定” 的订单，版主在这里猜测着主要是指他们近期内获得 3nm 工艺节点（“Process Node”）。

那如果我们将 OPPSTAR 在该季中的 RM 14.6 Million 的营业额和 RM 5.9 Million 的 PBT 跟 2022 财政年的平均值计算呢，公司的营业额上涨了 15.55% 左右，PBT 则是提高了 2.34%；作为参考，公司在该季中也包括了 RM 0.2 Million 的一次性上市费用，否则的话其 PBT 理应可以提高 5.80% 左右。

若是对比 FPE 2023 的业绩的话，公司的营业额则是稍微提高了 1.37% 左右，而 PBT 则是下滑了 14.03% 左右（这里的 PBT 并没有纳入上市开销的考量，因为 FPE 2023 9M 共有 RM 0.8 Million 的 IPO 开销，因此在 Q1、Q2 中也都是有该开销的）。

不过对此，公司在该季中并无提到其 PBT 稍微下滑的因素，唯有等到下个季度中我们才能获得更多的咨询；但长期来说，版主相信 OPPSTAR 仍是有成长的。

在 2023 财政年 9M 中，OPPSTAR 共创造了 RM 6.2 Million 的净经营现金收入，公司在加上 IPO 集资之前手中也有也有高达 RM 15.7 Million 的现金；同时 OPPSTAR 在招股书内也有提及他们将会落实 25.0% 的股息政策（“Dividend Policy”），但公司在该季中并无献议派发任何的股息。

当然对于许多的读者来说，OPPSTAR 的股息还是其次，更为重要的还是该公司的未来成长；公司在季报内就有提到 Smith Zander International Sdn. Bhd.（“Smith Zander”）预计全球 IC 设计的销售将会从 2022 年的 NTD 5.6 Trillion 持续提高到 2023 年的 NTD 5.74 Trillion，该成长主要来自于科技的持续研发，IC 设计的外包服需求增长，以及半导体本身的成长所带来的效应。
