with forward PE of 12-13.. maybe price will go to 0.55-0.60 .. If uoll read propectus properly.. there are already sold unit will count for q4 fye22, q2 fye 23 and 1 court case. 2nd point, im not sure if uoll realize public balloting, 40% hold by few people..3rd point, where is undersub miti allocation go?

Property counters got to be careful. MBLand got listed, price up then down, down, down. Later they want to buy back all shares MBO at low price. Story didn't end here. What happened to the land bank they acquire. All private properties now. My friend got caught in this share. Somemore he is a friend of the director. Many property company walk this route to gain public properties - finally changed to private properties.
