1. Semiconductor industry has just entered downcycle worldwide. This can be seen from reduced earnings in the past 6 months.

2. Qtrly profit = rm3mil. Total shares = 532 mil. Annualised eps = (3/532) × 4 = 2.26 cents/share.

3. At 18 pe for downcycle target, tp = 18 x 2.26 = 0.41. Current price = 0.76. Downside = - ve 40%.

Verdict: Sell/cut loss/stay away

IPO is like that la.. go up to highest quickly sell since it's overhype and overvalued. Some investors don't know how to evaluate the stock price also. Check the companies PE, PB etc ratios to know what is it's reasonable current price la.

sell first make profit, later can come back buy again once price stable (best in 2-3 mth's time). Holding on to IPO when it is at its peak is dumb.
