fei mau are u sure amfirst reits is a long-term growth stocks? Most if not all reits are just income generating stocks or low growth or no growth nature.

hey my brader.. the comment i made above is a question, not a statement.
so, no ,actually i think amfirst is bad , along with arreits , some reits is pretty nice, such as starreit , if you bought it at the start of last year, somewhere around 90 cents , you will having 20-25 % paper gain by now , and that does not include the dividend of 7%.
not bad huh? :D
