i m using mbb but the system always respond slow during buy/sell esp at peak periods. once i open the ta folder, my pc hangs.. this gives me irritating esp i got to wait for too long for my transaction's confirmation...

I am using Maybank and I can't agree with you more. The system is outdated and sometimes orders take a long time to confirm. And you can only use Microsoft Internet Explorer to open the trading platform. What kind of BS is that? Layout is flawed.

Don't even want to start on the mobile trading. Cant even log in most of the time although retry countless times. Costing me money. Also, the app closes without rhyme or reason by its self.

my friend is using hongleong & he told me that he faced the same problem with mbb... so yktay1, do u have alternative as we are facing the same irritating problem.. too bad for a trader like me.. my turnover from 010113 till todate is millions... too bad for me as i cant even buy/sell during this good period..

Sometime when I want to sell or buy stock, it's show message "disconnected from server" and screen freezed for around 10 seconds, especially when it happened on want to sell stock, by the time it reconnect , the price has gone... .F@X£&
Maybank please improve your system...

i even complained by phone followed with emails, no heel,,, dont know anyone encountered same problem with me since after ge13... always hang, need to reset my pc many times esp when check the TA or trade details.. when buy/sell, respond tooooo slooooow or like what csk396 described.. fxxx sss mbb ,, i got no choice due to low brokerage fee or else i wont use mbb..

In the midst of signing up for CIMB. My colleague uses it and the mobile banking is OK. Although brokerage is slightly more expensive, it is much more worth it as save you alot of trouble.

CIMB Itrade much cheaper, if I am not mistaken is 0.088% brokerage.
Maybank in 0.1% - Cash account.
