For one bursa has a challenge of increasing trading and portfolios and property has already RPGT and now with this they will close whatever left of the FIs to do their business.... Stupidity like this needs to be answered......"if gain you tax....what about losses? U reimburse???" This is not the value proposition to appease what evers left....
