should the wave proceed based on policy maker's intervention or without ??? Or it is robust enough to take into account? Like sometime OPEC say cut sometime say DONT cut...so 9 wave can be widely used also?

I read two posting from internet both also use Elliot Wave but one give uptrend while the other downtrend.... I still finding way to research
