which means the 50EMA dynamic resistance is still legit .. plus there is a confluence with the downtrend line on 1H !!! price is breaking the B line ... shorties at play again with a stop loss above previous swing high (see arrow) ??

2) note the 50EMA seems to be acting as dynamic resistance and so, shorties again are probably looking for bearish candle and then short when price breaks line B ... it's too early to enter short now unless we see price breaks line B ???

i think the drop jsut now was due to china xijin ping news. Market was digesting the news, not too sure whether is time to short yet.

on daily, if price does not go back above the 20EMA shorties will be aiming for 50EMA support i guess ... further it's like a rising wedge pattern forming signalling weakness in the trend ?? if your trading plan is based on 1H then the stop loss is pretty tight so shud be okay ?? anyways, u gotta be very clear with your trading plan to trade this devil .. i suppose u are trading the futures (cfd or something ??) and not the put right ??

another way round connie, as the drop was purely based on news effect, i was bettign that the price will go back above 20EMA. Open a long contract and buying the hsi warrant through bursa too. I wont cut loss unless it goes below previous low at 28100 region.
