We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 17 October 2014 in relation to the Acquisition. On behalf of the Board of Directors of TDEX, TA Securities Holding Berhad wishes to announce that following the satisfaction and fulfilment of all conditions precedent stipulated under the SSA and Subscription Agreement, the parties have proceeded to complete the Acquisition on 31 October 2014. Pursuant thereto, Idealseed is now a 55%-owned subsidiary of TDEX.
