US interest rate no up mean more worrying as actual Economic is even weakening........... It should be very bad impact to the global market.

If Interest rate up gradually mean it has better position to grow the whole global market not only at equity market part.

government and big finance corporation cant bring back their money everywhere to invest in non equity market., Share market easily can up la.... bcoz no one would like to keep money for passive investment. On the other hand US market will loss competitive soonest........
