Critical Holdings provides MEP engineering solutions and MEP maintenance and services for critical facilities, namely, plant rooms, cleanrooms and data centres.
The end-user markets it serves include the semiconductor, pharmaceutical and solar photovoltaic panel manufacturing sectors as well as data centre, co-location services, telecommunications, hotel and medical facilities sectors.

change mind due to tomorrow thurdays US CPI data will be out, expect CPI will not go down anytime soon, so market will kompang that rate will have to stay for longer time, US market already ATH need some break, bursa already break 1,500 pts also need to rehat, short traders will sell to lock
profit, when more people sell, price will drop further

it's funny to learn from the comments shows that few don't know what the company do and operate. they don't own any datacenters .... they are contractors for the data centers and not fully contract the whole thing, part of it as M&E which is a small portion.
Revenue 150m is high and with 7m debt obviously they not earning, IPO is just to cash in sustain desperately.
but hope they can perform cross fingers.

U ppl are narrow minded if u are looking at potential revenue from the construction of data centers only. In fact, most of their revenue derived from Penang E&E manufacturing facilities expansion (or new) by global E&E MNC. The demand for semicon maybe slow now but definitely not the new/expansion of the E&E manufacturing facilities.

It has a total on-going project contract value of RM423mn, of which RM211.9mn remains outstanding as of mid- Dec23. We gather that the group's tender book stands at around RM400mn as of Jan-24. All in, we believe the strong orderbook value and robust tender book will contribute positively to the topline in FY24 and FY25, assuming a success rate of c.20% to convert tenders into orders. TA give HEGROUP TP 44 sen, outlook macam good also

Yes . Don't forget. This is CHB, a company with data center which is one of the segments to be expanded in the central and southern regions. Hopefully , one day CHB can team up with YTL POWER which is operating its data centers in Kulai, Johor.

Stock with reasonable profit and good fundamentals. CHB should be to ride through the any hard times especially CHB has a strong order book.
We should remember that the profit will be affected by the one-off listing expenses of about RM5 million in the quarter of 31-12-2023. So there is no cause of alarm.

Chb Revenue up qoq 24% from 50m to 62m which is good.
Listing expenses 2.34m is included in Admin expenses 4.7m.
Take that out net profit should be 5.6m, so adjusted eps should be 1.5sen. Good result
