As the gov depend heavily on petronas dividend to cari makan and feed the people to makan.
It's also has huge mgs debt held by foreigners waiting to be unwind like a time bomb

why is klci dropping? Oil sector only contribute 30% to national income. 70% non oil income like export sectors. Oil drop is good for us, we use imported oil from saudi and help lower cost for 70% export products.

Next 2 months gst implemented and all the material will be increase . developer will push the cost to the buyer then automatically property pricing will be increased . due some factors the sales will drop . this is my 2 cent view. Pls correct me if in wrong ..:)

Simon u r not wrong, i in Developer field as well. Sale is now greatly impacted. cost cutting is already implement. but for us we already prepare alot of cash flow for coming economy downward for acquisition on low n cheap land and company as well. We now desperate to dispose most of the stock in order to gain maximize profit before property price fall. As marketing speculate in KL area will have impact of price drop between 10 to 20% price falling if economy crisis. other area like Bangi, shah alam, impact will much more greater...but this happen in this or coming year. depend the market movement.

GST implement - consumer will cut expenditure
