If there is a similarity in directive between the Treasury's circular and the revised Budget, that would have to be the emphasis in 'For domestic over foreign investments/assets' to be adopted by govt-linked/owned companies..and potentially 'for local capital over foreign capital markets'..keep our fingers crossed.
