EGM on 6th April 2016 to approve as below: Proposed share split involving the subdivision of every one existing ordinary share of RM0.50 each into two ordinary shares of RM0.25 each held by the entitled shareholders of the Company whose names appear on the record of depositors on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later. 2) Proposed bonus issue of up to 60,000,000 warrants on the basis of one warrant for every four existing subdivided shares held by the entitled shareholders on the entitlement date after the completion of the proposed share split.

Signature tendering for Battersea Phase 3A, involved in compulsory land acquisition..

TA Research highlighted that other than Battersea, Signature is expected to secure other kitchen jobs worth RM30 million for six different property projects, which the letters of award are expected to be issued soon.

announcement is dated 31 March 2016.Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIGN has through its Solicitors, Messrs Mah-Kamariyah & Philip Koh filed a payment claim against Panflex Sdn Bhd for an outstanding sum of RM950,730.31 (inclusive of interests) (“Claims”).
